An individual's refusal to leave a property in Harris County has led to his arrest on charges of criminal trespass, authorities reported. Constable Mark Herman's Office detailed that deputies were dispatched to an address on the 14100 block of Wunderlich Drive on March 6, 2024, after receiving reports of a man, later identified as Joshua Lee, who would not vacate the premises.
Law enforcement discovered upon their investigation that Lee had previously been warned against entering the location - under a Criminal Trespass Warning, Lee who chose to ignore the legal caution found himself in deeper trouble when he returned to the complex.
Officials took Lee into custody where he was subsequently charged with Criminal Trespass and transported to the Harris County Jail. Constable Herman's office confirmed his bond was set at an economical $100.00, mandated by County Court 2.
Details surrounding the reasons for Lee's initial trespass warning were not released by authorities "Joshua Lee was arrested and booked into the Harris County Jail, charged with Criminal Trespass. His bond was set at $100.00 out of County Court 2." Herman's office released in a statement.
